
The regular meeting of the Supervisory Board of the DOST Agency, operating under the Ministry of labour and social protection of population, was held.
Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Minister of Labour and social protection of population Anar Aliyev noted that the DOST Agency, established by the Presidential Decree of 9 August 2018, currently operates 7 DOST Centers, 3 DOST branches, 1 Smart DOST point and 2 DOST points across Baku and the country's regions. He also stated that design, renovation and construction works are currently underway to further expand the DOST service infrastructure.
It was emphasized that the DOST concept, initiated by the First Vice-President, Mrs. Mehriban Aliyeva, enables the delivery of public social services through a one-stop-shop model focused on citizen satisfaction. It was also highlighted that the DOST model has received broad international recognition and has been awarded numerous international prizes and certificates. It was noted that several countries, including Moldova, Uzbekistan and Serbia, have expressed interest in the DOST concept, and experience is being shared with them in this area.
Chairman of the Board of the DOST Agency Farid Mammadov presented the Agency's report on its activities during the first half of the year. The report provided detailed information on the dynamics of citizen applications, service quality indicators, innovative digital solutions implemented in service delivery, and other areas of the Agency's activities.
The meeting also discussed the work carried out across the Agency's areas of responsibility, as well as its strategic objectives and priority issues.
