During the special quarantine regime in the field of combating the COVID-19 pandemic in Azerbaijan, DOST centers have so far provided services to citizens on 10,593 e-inquiries.
From March 24 to May 31, Baku DOST Center No. 1 received 8173, and Baku DOST Center No. 2 received 2420 inquiries on benefits, pensions, grants and employment. Of the surveys, 3,140 were related to employment, 3,870 to benefits, 3,038 to pensions and 545 to grants.
During the special quarantine regime, social workers and DOST volunteers of the Baku DOST Center No. 1 provided social services at home at 2,297 addresses. Of these, 396 were home-based social services for single citizens over 65 years of age.
Of the 279,193 calls received by the Call Center 142 since March 24, 272,697 (97.7%) have been answered. Appeals to the Call Center include employment (81.47%), labor legislation (0.74%), determination of the degree of disability (0.52%), labor pensions (1.58%), social benefits (3.26%), targeted state social assistance (2.9%), provision of social services (4.23%) and other issues (5.3%). At the same time, 5,980 appeals and inquiries of citizens were answered by the operators of the center via online chat.
The level of satisfaction of citizens with DOST services was 96.1%.
105 096 appeals were rendered to citizens in DOST centers during one year of its activity.
