Training held for volunteers as part of the “DOST to DOST” project

Both stages of the first training session under the “Practice-Based Occupational Safety Training Programme” organized for DOST volunteers as part of the “DOST to DOST” project have been successfully completed. The project was jointly organized by the DOST Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population and the State Labour Inspection Service under the Ministry.

The training focused on the topic “The Role of Digital Technologies and Artificial Intelligence in Occupational Safety”. During the training, conducted by specialists from the Occupational Safety Center under the State Labour Inspection Service and the DOST Digital Innovations Center, participants were provided with detailed information on the role of modern technologies in identifying existing workplace risks, assessing them in advance and taking preventive measures.

The project brought together 21 volunteers. Its main objective is to enhance young people’s knowledge of labor rights, occupational safety and safe working environments; develop their ability to identify and assess risks in real-life work settings and make appropriate decisions; and promote a culture of occupational safety.

The training concluded with an exchange of views, followed by answers to participants’ questions.
