DOST centers served the 300,000th citizen

Today, the 300,000th citizen's appeal was registered at the DOST centers. Gulnara Huseynova, a resident of Yasamal district, appealed to the Baku "DOST" Center No. 1 regarding the service of social benefits and pensions for children with disabilities.

Farid Mammadov, Chairman of the Board of the DOST Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population, said that the main principle of the DOST Agency is to organize services at a high level in accordance with the instructions of President Ilham Aliyev. The number of citizens benefiting from the services of the centers is growing. Today is also a significant day for the DOST Agency: the 300,000th citizen was served in the social sphere at the Baku DOST Center No. 1. The staff of the Agency is also pleased that the citizens are satisfied with the services provided in the "DOST" centers.

Congratulating the 300,000th citizen, Mammadov presented him with a letter of gratitued and symbolic gifts on behalf of the Agency.

Since May 2019, 3 DOST centers have been opened in Baku and 8 districts of the capital (Yasamal, Sabail, Garadagh, Khazar, Pirallahi, Nizami, Sabunchu, Surakhani) are covered by DOST services. The level of satisfaction of citizens with these services is 97 percent.

New DOST centers are planned to be opened in Baku and the regions of the country in the coming years.
