Trainings are held for DOST Agency employees working in the service sector

Psychological trainings have started for employees of DOST centers and Call Center 142 in Baku. The trainings are mainly held for employees who communicate directly with citizens.


On the first day of the trainings, theoretical and practical trainings on "Stress Management" were held for employees. Trainer and psychiatrist Halima Gamarlinskaya gave detailed information about the causes and types of stress in the work environment. She spoke of various ways to eliminate them.

The trainings were conducted interactively in the format of practical exercises, role-plays, group work and discussions.
