More than 4,000 family members of martyrs and participants of the Patriotic War applied to the Central Coordination Units

More than 4,000 family members and war veterans have applied to the central coordination units operating in the DOST Centers in Baku and the Absheron region.

The central coordination units established by the Decree of President Ilham Aliyev dated June 25, 2021 provide services on labor, employment, social protection, medical and social expertise, rehabilitation, treatment, examination and other service fields to the families of our martyrs, war invalids and servicemen wounded in the Patriotic War.

At present, 21 state bodies (6 central, 15 local executive bodies) provide services in 26 directions in these units from a “single window”, in an efficient, transparent manner, based on the principle of citizen satisfaction.

The distribution of appeals to the units is as follows:

1343 appeals to the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection;
1618 appeals to the Ministry of Defense;
90 appeals to the Ministry of Health;
199 appeals to the State Service for Mobilization and Conscription;
222 appeals to local executive authorities;
95 appeals to the State Agency for Compulsory Medical Insurance;
278 appeals on the State Insurance Commercial Company;
249 calls through the call center-142.
