Minister Sahil Babayev visited the enterprises and farms established in Gabala for the families of martyrs and veterans

Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Population Sahil Babayev together with the head of the Gabala Region Executive Power Sabuhi Abdullayev inspected the enterprises and farms created for the families of martyrs and veterans in the Gabala region within the self-employment program.

The cattle farm established for Abbas Karimov, the father of the martyr Ismayil Karimov, a small enterprise established for the disabled Nijat Adilli, the beekeeping farm established for the wife of the disabled Ayaz Safarli Konul Safarli were observed.

Meeting with the participants of the program, S.Babayev said that on the instructions of President Ilham Aliyev, large-scale support is being provided to the families of martyrs and war veterans after the Patriotic War. As part of this work, 8,000 people belonging to these categories were involved in the active employment program. In particular, more than 5,500 people were covered by the self-employment program, and more than 2,500 people were provided with suitable jobs. Members of martyrs' families and veterans involved in the self-employment program are provided with goods and materials in a short period of time and build their own farms. This work is currently underway.

Program participants A.Kerimov, N.Adilli, K.Safarli noted that they tried to develop their small businesses using the assets provided to them correctly and purposefully. They thanked President Ilham Aliyev for the care and support provided to the families of martyrs and veterans.

It should be noted that as a continuation of the work carried out in the Gabala region last year, another 250 people were involved in the self-employment program and created small family farms.
