It was stated that e-technologies are applied in the fields labor, employment, social security, social services, disability, rehabilitation, adoption, etc. It was noted that 105 out of 170 services in the ministry are provided through the e-platform, including 44 services in a proactive manner.

Measures to electronicize DOST services were also brought to attention. It was noted that the Digital Innovation Center of DOST Agency will be established to carry out work in this area quickly and expeditiously, expand and increase digital solutions.

The Digital Innovation Center will also play an important role in establishing a unified management mechanism for the exchange of information between the Ministry and its subordinate institutions, supporting existing e-systems and creating new e-systems, as well as expanding opportunities for information security.
