DOST Agency held a report meeting on the activities of DOST centers in February this year. The meeting discussed the work done over the past month, innovations to improve the level of service in the centers, as well as activities aimed at citizen satisfaction.
The report on the activities of the centers was heard at the online meeting. It was noted that 53,140 citizens' appeals were registered in DOST centers in February. The appeals were mainly related to pensions (27.11%), social benefits (25.08%), employment (23.75%), disability (10.18%), and single coordination centers (7.11%). The centers also received about 5,000 applications for banking, notary and adoption. In total, 796,948 citizens' appeals were registered to DOST centers since its inception. The level of satisfaction of citizens with the services provided was 98%.
The meeting discussed the tasks set for the coming months and their implementation.
