32,700 people were served in the Central Coordination Units

The Central Coordination Units established by the Decree of President Ilham Aliyev dated June 25, 2021 have provided services to 32,729 people, including members of the families of martyrs and war veterans.

Call Center 142 responded to 89,334 citizens' appeals on issues related to these units.

Since August last year, central coordination units covering about 50 cities and regions have been opened in the DOST centers of the DOST Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection and in the regional branches of the State Social Protection Fund.

These units provide services in 26 directions to more than 50 agencies, including the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Health, the State Service for Mobilization and Conscription, the State Agency for Compulsory Medical Insurance and relevant local executive authorities,  based on the principle of citizen satisfaction and transperancy from "a single window".
