State representatives of Uzbekistan visited the DOST Agency

A delegation of the Civil Service Development Agency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan visited the DOST Agency. The purpose is to get acquainted with the system of human resource management in the central office of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population (MLSP) of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as in organizations and territorial divisions subordinated to the ministry.

Narmin Bayramova, Head of the Civil Service and Personnel Department of the MLSPP, briefed the delegation on the human resource management system in the Ministry and its subordinate bodies, as well as explained the process of selection of candidates for the civil service.

Deputy Chairman of the Board of DOST Agency Seymur Aliyev briefed the guests on the DOST project, the principles of work of DOST centers, innovations in the field of services. It was noted that the centers provide citizens with 154 services through "single window" on labor and employment, social security, disability, pensions, social insurance, etc. 

Then, Rauf Aliyev, Deputy Head of the Civil Service and Personnel Department of the MLSPP, made a presentation on the main activities of the ministry. The presentation provided information on the main institutions of human resources, recruitment, additional vocational training of civil servants, their assessment, as well as the work done to create human resources.

Sayad Alasgarova, Deputy Director of the Human Resource Management and Training Department of the DOST Agency, made a presentation on "Human Resource Management and Volunteerism at the DOST Agency".

It should be noted that the Civil Service Development Agency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan is the body responsible for the implementation of a unified state policy in the field of human resources development and personnel management in government agencies and organizations of Uzbekistan. The delegation, which will pay a working visit to Baku on May 23-27, will hold meetings in various institutions. The purpose of the visit is to study the best practices of the Republic of Azerbaijan in optimizing the system of open competition, the formation of national human resources, as well as ensuring transparency, fairness and objectivity in the selection of candidates for civil service.
