DOST center served the 1 millionth citizen

The number of citizens benefiting from DOST services has reached 1 million. Alakbarova Nisakhanim Izzatulla, a resident of Baku, became the 1 millionth citizen to apply for DOST services.

The Minister of Family and Social Services of Turkey, Darya Yanık who got acquanted with the DOST Agency during their visit to our country and the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, Sahil Babayev, congratulated N. Alekperova and presented her with a letter of gratitude and gifts.

N. Alekperova applied to DOST center No. 1 to switch from old-age pension to bereavement pension. She expressed her satisfaction with the prompt and positive response to her application at the center and with the generally provided DOST services.

By the Decree of President Ilham Aliyev, the DOST Agency and 5 DOST centers were opened in May 2019. The concept of DOST, which was initiated by the First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva, ensures that 154 services of state social services are provided from a "one-stop shop" on an operative, transparent, modern and innovative basis.

The satisfaction level of citizens with DOST services is 98.2 percent.

Baku city and Absheron region are covered by DOST network. Currently, work is being done to open one more DOST center in the capital, as well as DOST centers in the regions of the republic, including our regions freed from occupation.
