The farms created for veterans were inspected

The Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population Sahil Babayev together with the head of Gobustan District Executive Authority Adil Mammadov inspected the farms created under the self-employment program for veterans in that district.

In the meeting with the participants of the program, the minister emphasized that, according to the order of President Ilham Aliyev, as part of the social support package implemented in the post-war period, small business areas and farms were established within the framework of the self-employment program for 8,000 people consisting of families of martyrs and veterans. The goal is to create conditions for them to acquire a small business and access to entrepreneurship. This process is still ongoing.

There was a visit to the "furniture external banding" workshop built by Orkhan Rasulov, a veteran of the Patriotic War, with the equipment provided within the framework of the self-employment program, and the livestock farm created within the framework of the program for Ulvi Niftaliyev, a disabled person of the Patriotic War.

With the orders of the head of state, O. Rasulov "for the release of Jabrayil", "for the release of Khojavend", "for the release of Fuzuli", and U. Niftaliyev "for the release of Fuzuli", "for the release of Shusha", "for the release of Gubadli" were awarded with medals. Appropriate social payments have also been assigned to them.

Both war participants expressed their gratitude to President Ilham Aliyev for the attention and care shown, and said that they are working to develop their small businesses by using the given assets properly.
