DOST centers provided services to 419,181 citizens in January-August of this year. The level of citizens' satisfaction with the provided services was 98.8 percent.
By the Decree of President Ilham Aliyev, the DOST Agency and 5 DOST centers were opened since May 2019. The concept of DOST, initiated by First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva, ensures the provision of 154 services in social fields from "single window" in an operative, transparent, modern and innovative basis.
Baku city and Absheron region are already covered by a network of DOST centers. In the past period, about 1 million 100 thousand citizens were served in these centers.
Currently, work is underway to open another such center in the capital and DOST centers in the regions of the republic.
It is also planned to cover our liberated regions with DOST services. As a first step in this direction, in May 2022, the first "Smart DOST" service point was put into use in Agali village of Zangilan district.
The average time of providing relevant services to citizens in DOST centers has decreased from 10 minutes and 5 seconds in 2019 to 7 minutes and 31 seconds this year.
This year, DOST Agency was awarded with the European Social Services Award of the European Social Network, 4 awards of the International Social Security Association and the International Association of Pension and Social Funds.
The Agency, which was evaluated as an advanced reform in the "European Union Business Environment Report-2021", was awarded ISO certificates in 4 directions by the world-famous LRQA certification organization (Great Britain).
