Issues of applying employment services in DOST centers according to the new concept were discussed

Employment services in DOST centers, where 154 services in social fields are provided from "single window", will be further improved based on the new employment concept.

In the meeting on the implementation of the new concept, it was noted that the services provided in DOST centers are based on the principle of citizen convenience and satisfaction, and that regular improvement of these services is being carried out.

It was reported that 471.5 thousand people were served in DOST centers in 9 months of this year, and the satisfaction level of citizens was 98.9 percent. In general, 1 million 122 thousand 650 people were served from May 2019 to October 1, when DOST centers were opened.

As one direction of the mentioned services is employment-oriented, support was given to unemployed and job-seekers to involve them in active employment programs.

The application of the new employment concept in DOST centers will increase the flexibility and efficiency of these services, especially on the basis of individual employment programs. In accordance with the sequence in the program, work will be carried out in the direction of involving the person in the appropriate employment measure, and at the same time, constant control of the implementation process of the program will be ensured.

As a result, this reform is aimed at determining a more appropriate employment measure to support the unemployed person's access to the labor market, increasing the number of employments, efficiency in services and at the same time the level of satisfaction of employers, applying a unified, systematic approach, and achieving more realistic results.

At the meeting, the project on the application of employment services in DOST centers according to the new concept was reviewed and the upcoming issues related to the implementation of the project were discussed.
