Moldova learns Azerbaijan's DOST experience.
The delegation led by the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Moldova Marchel Spatar, who is on a visit to our country, got acquainted with DOST Center No. 1.
The delegation was informed about the important innovative innovations brought to the state social services by the DOST Agency and centers created by the Decree of President Ilham Aliyev dated August 9, 2018, which enable citizen satisfaction.
It was emphasized that the concept of DOST, which was the initiative of Mehriban Aliyeva, the first vice-president, president of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, created conditions for the provision of state social services in our country from a "one-stop shop", fully transparent, operative, based on the principle of citizen satisfaction.
Chairman of the Board of DOST Agency, Farid Mammadov, introduced the guests to the activities of the DOST Center, the service units here, the process of providing services, and the single coordination center in the center.
It was reported that DOST Agency and 5 DOST centers were opened since May 2019. By October 1 of this year, 1 million 122 thousand 650 people benefited from DOST services. The satisfaction level of citizens with DOST services is 98.8 percent.
In the centers, 153 services in the fields of social protection and social security, medical and social expertise and rehabilitation, social insurance, labor and employment are provided from "singlewindow".
M.Spatar noted the work done in the field of integrated state service centers and creation of new information systems in Moldova.
It was emphasized that great interest was shown in Moldova and special importance was attached to the DOST experience of Azerbaijan and the study of this experience.
A presentation on the DOST concept was made for the delegation.
