A new concept is being prepared by DOST Agency and the State Employment Agency

A new concept is being developed within the framework of cooperation between the DOST Agency and the State Employment Agency. The concept includes the admission of unemployed persons and the proposed work process on the portfolio. Within the framework of the concept, a number of employment services are planned to be provided by career counselors in "DOST" centers.

In this direction, an informative information session was held with the participation of social agents (33 people in total) working on employment service in "DOST" centers. The trainers of the information session were Agajan Mammadli, the head of the Department of Work with Unemployed Persons of the State Employment Agency, and Famil Majidli, the chief specialist of that department. In the information session, the training participants were informed about the essence, purpose and goals of the new concept, comparison of the existing and new concept, methodology of employment opportunities assessment, evaluation of active employment measures. Also, they discussed the methodological approach in the development of the Individual Employment Program (FMP), the stages of organizing the activities of the career counselor, the process of applying the automated mechanism, the rules for using network folders, the statistical indicators of the application of the new concept, and the description of the service process in the direction of employment in "DOST" centers.
