Another meeting was held in DOST Agency within the framework of state monitoring in the field of rights of persons with disabilities.

In addition to the members of the State Monitoring Commission in the field of the rights of persons with disabilities, non-governmental organizations and public representatives took part in the event.

Chairman of the Board of DOST Agency, Farid Mammadov, informed the event participants about the work done by the state in recent years in the field of protection of the rights of persons with disabilities. Noting that attention to this area is one of the priority directions, F. Mammadov spoke about the projects planned to be implemented in the future.

Zahra Hasanova, an employee of the DOST Agency, made a presentation on the topic "Goals and tasks of state monitoring in the field of rights of persons with disabilities, work done". In the presentation, the purpose of the Monitoring Commission, main directions, areas covered, target groups, etc. information was given about the topics.

At the meeting, within the framework of state monitoring in the field of rights of persons with disabilities, discussions were held on "Difficulties in the integration of persons with limited vision, hearing and speech into society."

It was noted that the opinions and suggestions voiced by the guests at the event will be taken into account by the commission.
