Another international success of DOST Agency

At the World Social Security Forum, DOST Agency was awarded with an international certificate for Service Quality, and the State Social Protection Fund (DSMF) was awarded with two Certificates of Excellence.

At the Forum held in Morocco, the institutions of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population achieved the following international successes by the International Social Security Association (ISSA):

with an international certificate on Service Quality of the DOST Agency's Recognition Program,
State Social Protection Fund (SSPF) two Certificates of Excellence on "Good management" and "Service quality" criteria

At the Forum attended by more than 1000 representatives from 150 countries, awards were presented to Chairman of the Board of DOST Agency Farid Mammadov and Chairman of the Board of SSPF Himalay Mamishov.

In September of this year, an official letter was received from ISSA to DOST Agency stating that DOST services have reached the level of international standards. Thus, DOST Agency was the first institution in Azerbaijan to undergo the Recognition Program and successfully complete the program.

Certificates of excellence were presented at the international competition as a result of comprehensive analysis and assessment by independent experts. The certificates prove that SSPF's activities perfectly meet international guidelines and basic principles of effective management, quality of services, and fully comply with world standards for social security. The flexible and transparent digital mechanisms of the fund within the framework of a proactive service model, and innovative approaches aimed at the future determined the institution to be awarded these two important awards.

It should be noted that previously DOST Agency received the European Social Services Award of the European Social Network, SSPF received the highest award of "iESE - The Public Sector Transformation" Organization in Great Britain, and both organizations recieved in total 6 awards of ISSA and the International Association of Pension and Social Funds.

Thus, with the current new awards, the number of international awards received in 2022 by these two institutions of the Ministry (DOST and DSMF) has reached 11.
