The members of the expert mission of the World Bank visited DOST Agency

The expert mission of the World Bank in the field of social protection under the leadership of Mariyana Yasarevich visited DOST Agency and Baku DOST Center No. 1. The guests received information about the services provided at the center.

Shahin Zulfugarov, director of the Data Management and Analysis Department of the DOST Agency, Vasif Garibov, deputy director of the DOST Services Department, and Bahruz Ahmadov, the head of the Strategic Planning Division of the Department of Strategic Planning, International Relations and Projects, introduced the guests to the DOST service model and service delivery process. It was noted that 154 types of services are provided in DOST centers on labor and employment, social security, targeted state social assistance, disability and rehabilitation, pension, social insurance, social welfare, etc. These services are provided from "single window" in an efficient, transparent and courteous manner, based on the principle of citizen convenience.

Later, a presentation was made about the activity of the DOST Agency, the legal bases of the Agency's activity, the provided services, including pension, employment, social services at home, and the training of social workers were exchanged. It was noted that 17 DOST centers and 55 DOST branches will operate in our country by 2025.
