The Romanian delegation got acquainted with Azerbaijan's DOST experience

The delegation led by the Minister of Labor and Social Solidarity of Romania, Marius-Constantin Budăi, who is on a visit to our country, got acquainted with DOST Center No. 1.

The Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population Sahil Babayev informed about the innovations brought by the DOST Agency to the state social services system in our country.

It was noted that the DOST concept was the initiative of Mehriban Aliyeva, First Vice-President, President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation. This concept has made it possible to provide 153 types of state social services in Azerbaijan from "single window", fully transparent, in accordance with the principle of citizen convenience and satisfaction. The satisfaction level of citizens with the services provided to them in DOST centers is 98.2 percent.

The delegation got acquainted with the service units in the center, the process of providing services, and the central coordination unit in the center.

Chairman of the Board of DOST Agency, Farid Mammadov, presented the concept of DOST to the guests.

Within the framework of the visit of the Romanian delegation, S.Babayev and M.K.Budăi signed the Action Plan between the Ministry of Labor and Social Solidarity of Romania and the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2023-2024, which defines the directions of cooperation in the field of labor and social protection.

The document also reflects the evaluation of the prospects for the application of the DOST practice in Romania.
