The delegation led by the Minister of Labor and Social Solidarity of Romania, Marius-Constantin Budăi, who is on a visit to our country, visited the DOST Digital Innovation Center under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population.
At the meeting with the delegation, Farid Mammadov, the Chairman of the Board of the DOST Agency under the Ministry, emphasized that the application of electronic technologies in these fields is widespread as part of the fundamental social reforms carried out in our country in recent years.
It was brought to attention that management and services are electronicized in these areas, and proactive, flexible, transparent, accessible service system has been established. More than 110 of the 175 services of the Ministry are provided online, including 46 in a proactive way, and 8.4 million requests for e-services of the ministry were registered in 9 months of this year alone.
It was brought to attention that since the beginning of 2019, social payments have been assigned via the e-system, and the mechanism for opening a social insurance number and an individual account has been established via online. Information was given about the mentioned proactive appointment mechanisms, e-sosial.az portal, which is the country's social registry, as well as e-reference services, which were put into use that year.
The "Labor and Employment" subsystem, which was introduced in May of this year and plays the role of a single labor relations platform and a digital personnel accounting system, and the e-services that are currently being created, were mentioned.
For the delegation, a presentation was made on automation of management and services in the social field in our country, proactive appointment mechanisms through e-systems, digital infrastructure established in this field.
