The final event of the "Winner Volunteers" program was held

The final event of the "Winner Volunteers" program of the DOST Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population was held.

Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population Sahil Babayev, Chairman of the State Agency for Service to Citizens and Social Innovations Ulvi Mehdiyev, Head of the "YASHAT" Foundation Elvin Huseynov, etc. participated at the event. The participants first got acquainted with the "Memorial board" in the lobby of the Center and the art exhibition of martyr Mammadov Murad, the husband of DOST Agency's employee A. Mammadova.

The event began with the playing of the National Anthem of Azerbaijan and commemorating the memory of our martyrs with a minute of silence. A report and a video clip on the "Winner Volunteers" program were presented.

S. Babayev spoke about the great victory achieved by the Azerbaijani Army in the 44-day Patriotic War under the leadership of the President, Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev. The minister drew attention to the social support measures implemented for the families of martyrs and war participants in the post-war period.

It was noted that one of the measures implemented by the Ministry in connection with the anniversary of the 44-day Patriotic War is the "Voluntary Winners" program. The program covered employees who fought an honorable way in the I and II Karabakh war, who are currently working in the Ministry system, and who are members of the families of martyrs.

In the first stage of the program, war veteran employees told the participants about the war and answered their questions within the framework of the "Volunteer Clubs" project. In the next component, symbolic gifts were presented to them and employees who are members of the martyr's family by "Volunteer FRIENDS".

U. Mehdiyev, E. Huseynov and other speakers emphasized the importance of the "Voluntary Winners" program, and noted the importance of such events in educating young people in the spirit of patriotism.

A performance and "Khudayar classification" were presented with the participation of the fans. Later, the children of the martyrs of the First Karabakh War spoke in front of the teenage children of the martyrs of the Second Karabakh War and talked about their success stories.
