During January-October, 520.5 thousand people were served in DOST centers

In 10 months of 2022, 520.5 thousand people were served in DOST centers. The level of citizens' satisfaction with the services was 98.5 percent.

By the Decree of President Ilham Aliyev, the DOST Agency and 5 DOST centers were opened since May 2019. The concept of DOST, which was initiated by the first vice-president Mehriban Aliyeva, made it possible to provide services in the social field from a "single window", in operative, transparent way in accordance with the citizen's satisfaction.

In total, services were provided to 1 million 172 thousand citizens in DOST centers in the past period.

This year, DOST Agency was awarded with 6 international awards, as well as DOST centers were evaluated as an advanced reform in the "European Union Business Environment Report-2021". This year, the agency was awarded ISO certificates in 4 directions by the world-famous LRQA certification organization (Great Britain).

One of the main goals is to expand the network of DOST services throughout the country. Currently, project, repair and construction works are being carried out for the establishment of DOST services network in Nakhchivan, Khatai, Barda, Guba, Sabirabad, Sumgait, Ganja, Shusha.

DOST infrastructure is also being created in our territories freed from occupation, and as a first step in this field, the first "Smart DOST" station in our country was commissioned in May 2022 in Agalı village of Zangilan district.
