The delegation led by the Director of the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia Gheorgiy Tabatadze visited Baku DOST Center No. 1.
The director of DOST Center, Chingiz Aliyev, informed the guests about the service units and the Centra Coordination Unit in the center. It was noted that the system created conditions for the provision of state social services in our country from a "single window", in transparent, operative way, based on the principle of citizen satisfaction.
Later, a wide presentation of the DOST concept was shown for the guests at the meeting held in a large format. Shahin Zulfugarov, director of the Agency's Information Management and Analysis Department, reported that a total of 1.2 million people have applied to DOST centers since May 2019. He noted that the centers provide 153 services in the fields of social protection and social security, medical and social expertise and rehabilitation, social insurance, labor and employment. The satisfaction level of citizens with these services is 98.2 percent.
Deputy Chairman of the Board of DOST Agency Seymur Aliyev spoke about the concept of DOST and the important innovations that this concept brings to the state social services system. In addition, it was noted that DOST Agency was highly appreciated by prestigious international organizations and won a number of awards during the short period of its operation.
