The DOST concept has been presented as one of the best practices in the CIS space

A meeting was held on the development of pension provision for the population in CIS member countries.

The event was organized within the framework of the implementation of the decision of the Consultative Council of CIS member states on labor, employment and social protection.

Representatives of state institutions of the CIS member countries, including public and international organizations, took part in the meeting held in the format of a video conference.

Continuous improvement of pension provision of the population, as well as the standard and quality of life of senior citizens, active and healthy longevity, strengthening of relations between generations, etc. topics were discussed.

At the conference, Azerbaijan's DOST experience was presented as one of the best experiences in the CIS region. Information was given on the innovations brought by the DOST Agency to the state social services system in our country and the advantages that enable citizen satisfaction.

It was noted that the concept of DOST provides employment, social security, disability, pension provision, social insurance, etc. in Azerbaijan. such as 153 services from a "one-stop shop", fully transparent, flexible, in accordance with the principle of convenience and citizen satisfaction. It was brought to the attention of the event participants that the level of satisfaction with the services was 98.2 percent.
