The Moldovan delegation visited Baku DOST Center No. 1

The delegation of the National Social Insurance Fund of Moldova visiting our country also visited Baku DOST Center No. 1.

Deputy Chairman of the Board of DOST Agency Seymur Aliyev informed the guests about the activities of the Agency.

Director of Baku DOST Center No. 1 Chingiz Aliyev introduced the delegation to the activities of the service units and also talked about the Central Coordination Unit. It was emphasized that conditions were created for the provision of state social services from a "single window", fully transparent, operative way, based on the principle of citizen satisfaction.

At the subsequent meeting, a presentation on the DOST concept was shown for the Moldovan delegation. Shahin Zulfugarov, head of the Department of Data Management and Analysis of the DOST Agency, said that 153 services are provided to citizens in the fields of social protection and social security, medical and social expertise and rehabilitation, social insurance, labor and employment. In the presentation, it was also pointed out that the Agency was highly appreciated by prestigious international organizations and won a number of awards during its short period of operation.

The Moldovan delegation noted that DOST is a rather unique project and the concept of DOST can be an example for many countries.
