The Montenegrin delegation visited the DOST Center for Digital Innovations

The delegation led by the Minister of Labor and Social Welfare of Montenegro, Admir Adrović, visiting our country, visited the DOST Center for Digital Innovations under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population.

Farid Mammadov, Chairman of the Board of the DOST Agency under the Ministry, emphasized that one of the important directions of the large-scale social reforms carried out in our country in recent years is the electronicization of state social services.

Information was provided on proactive appointment mechanisms through digital infrastructure and electronic systems established in the fields of labor, employment and social protection.

Kenan Akparov, director of DOST Center for Digitial Innovations, made a presentation for the delegation on the electronicization program in the social field, the experience of the Center in the field of automation and proactive presentation of services.

More than 140 of the Ministry's 153 services or more than 90 percent have already been electronicized, 51 proactive services are operating through the e-system, 9.9 million requests were made to the Ministry's e-services in 2022 alone, and 314 thousand proactive appointments were made in the last year and etc. reported.

E-sosial.az portal and "Labor and Employment" subsystem were also presented to the guests. It was brought to attention that these two innovative successes were selected as "Champion projects" of the competition, which included 900 projects from different countries, organized within the framework of the "World Summit on the Information Society - 2023" of the International Telecommunication Union, a UN specialized agency for ICT.
