The issues of regulation of labor relations in the field of transport were discussed

The next meeting of the Working Group on Legislation and Management established under the Labor Relations Regulation and Coordination Commission was held. Representatives of the ministries of labor and social protection of the population, economy, digital development and transport took part in the meeting.

The head of the working group, the deputy minister of labor and social protection of the population, Anar Aliyev, said that there are positive results of the complex work carried out in recent years in the field of prevention of informal employment. He pointed out that purposeful work aimed at the regulation of labor relations in various fields of activity and the prevention of informal employment is ongoing.

Aliyev, as well as Deputy Minister of Digital Development and Transport Rahman Hummetov and Deputy Head of the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy Ilkin Valiyev, in their speeches, in accordance with the task given at the meeting of the Labor Relations Regulation and Coordination Commission held on February 22 of this year, with the regulation of labor relations in the field of transport they emphasized the importance of improving related legislative acts. The tasks ahead in this field, the work carried out in the field of transport in recent years in our country and the positive results achieved were mentioned.

At the meeting, the issues of regulation of labor relations in road transport, passenger and cargo transportation, including the state of implementation of related legislative acts were discussed.
