Employees of DOST Agency participated in the training on gender equality.

The concept of gender equality, national and international priorities in this direction, international experiences, diversity and inclusion were covered in the 2-day training organized by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) Mission in Azerbaijan. Independent expert on gender issues, Dr. Heads of various structural divisions of DOST Agency participated in the training conducted by Aysel Vazir.

In the training held in the format of group work and discussion, the participants were told about the promotion of gender equality and inclusion in workplaces and services provided to citizens by state agencies, the main challenges and advantages, as well as the determination of the agency's policy and action plan, and proposed solutions.
