Trainings in the field of labor rights have been started for young volunteers

The next training program named "Labor rights" dedicated to the memory of the great leader Heydar Aliyev has been launched. The project is implemented within the framework of the "DOST to DOST" (D2D) project, in partnership with the State Labor Inspection Service (SLA) and organized by the "DOST Volunteer" program.

On the first day, Mehman Abdullayev, an employee of the SSC, organized a training for volunteers on the topic "Essence of the employment contract and points to be considered during recruitment".

In the framework of the program, volunteers were asked to learn about "Women's right to work and safeguards in its implementation. Maternity protection", "The right to leave and its provision", "Risk management in the field of labor relations", "What is labor protection and why is it necessary?" interactive trainings are planned.

At the end of the training, an exemplary employer in the field of labor protection and safety is expected to participate in an info-tour.

It should be noted that the main goal of the implementation of the "DOST to DOST" training program is to support the personal development of young people, as well as to ensure the efficient organization of their free time.
