All the call centers of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population are gathered under a single platform.
Calls to the number 116 123 of the Social Services Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population will be received and answered through the Call Center 142.
Based on the Action Plan prepared in this regard, the work to be done has been started. At the initial stage, employees are gradually recruited, taking into account the full compliance with the requirements of the DOST Agency, as well as the organization of information exchange. From June 19, calls to the number 116 123 will be received through the 142 platform.
The goal is to further increase the quality of the service of responding to citizen appeals, to create conditions for them to apply for relevant services by using only one short number.
It should be noted that the phone numbers operating in other institutions of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population are being integrated into the Call Center 142.
