Applying for a Presidential Grant

In order to receive a presidential grant, a person must apply to the structural unit of the State Social Protection Fund at the place of residence, the DOST Center or the "Single Coordination Center for appeals of family members of martyrs, servicemen and persons with disabilities".

 

Deadline for consideration of the presidential grant

An application for a presidential grant shall be considered within 10 (ten) days from the date of its registration and a relevant decision shall be made. If a decision is made to refuse to award a presidential grant, the applicant shall be officially notified within 5 (five) days, indicating the reasons for the refusal. The applicant has the right to appeal this decision administratively to a higher authority (official) and the court.

 

Payment of the presidential grant for the previous period

The presidential grant is paid from the date of creation of this right, regardless of the person's application.

 

Types of presidential grants

 

Grant of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan to those who have been named "Hero of the Patriotic War"

 

What is the amount of the grant?

2000 AZN

 

What documents are required to determine the grant?

Currently, this Presidential Grant is determined proactively without applying to any government agency. In case of non-proactive appointment, after collecting the following documents, apply to the relevant structural unit of the State Social Protection Fund for registration, "DOST" center or "Single Coordination Centers for appeals of family members of martyrs, servicemen and persons with disabilities".

Who are eligible for the grant?

Citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan;

Stateless persons and foreigners.

 

What is the amount of the grant?

For the honorary title of "People" – 200 AZN

For the honorary title of "Honored" – 150 AZN

 

What documents are required to determine the grant?

In cases where it has not been determined proactively, after collecting the following documents, apply for registration the relevant structural department of the State Social Protection Fund or "DOST" center.

For persons with 81-100 percent of body disfunction – 500 AZN

For persons with 61-80 percent of body disfunction – 400 AZN

For persons with 31-60 percent of body disfunction – 330 AZN
