5 categories of DOST centers

Category A - population over 200,000
Category B - population 150,000 - 199,999 people
Category C - population 100,000 - 149,999 people
Category D - population 50,000 - 99,999 people
Category E - up to 49,999 people

Baku DOST Center No.1

Baku DOST Center No.1

Baku DOST Center No.1 was opened with the participation of President Ilham Aliyev and First Vice President Mehriban Aliyeva.

Baku DOST Center No.1 receives more than 400 citizens a day. At the initial stage, the Center will offer 132 services to the population of Yasamal, Sabail  and Garadagh districts in the fields of employment, labor, disability and social protection to more than 100,000 citizens throughout the year. The first DOST Center, (86, I. Gutgashinli, Yasamal district, Baku) allows citizens to benefit from all services provided by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection through a “single window system”.

The Center also provides consulting and information services to citizens, and also receives phone and internet appeals. The use of electronic boards and signs makes easier receiving of information. The activities of the relevant bodies of the Ministry are provided at the Center. Adaptation for persons with disabilities is also provided. The services are electronically based and integrated with each other. 142 Call Center also operates at the first DOST Center.

In the framework of DOST Regional Program 2019-2025 it is planned to open 31 DOST centers to cover all regions of the country. These 31 centers will serve 2.8 million people through a “single window” principle. After the opening of all DOST centers, these centers will provide services to all who apply, regardless of the place of registration of citizens.

On December 24, 2019, the opening ceremony of the 2nd Baku DOST Center took place with the participation of President Ilham Aliyev.

Baku DOST Center No.2 serves more than 100 citizens a day. The Center, which serves the population of Khazar and Pirallahi districts of Baku, provides 132 ervices on employment, labor, disability and social protection to 30-35,000 citizens a year.

On December 24, 2019, the opening ceremony of Baku DOST Center No. 3 took place with the participation of President Ilham Aliyev.

Baku DOST Center No. 3 serves more than 400 citizens a day. The center, which serves the population of Nizami, Sabunchu and Surakhani districts of Baku, provides 132 services on employment, labor, disability and social protection to 150-160,000 citizens a year.

Baku DOST Center No. 4 was opened on March 30, 2021 with the participation of President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.

Baku DOST Center No. 4, which receives about 800 people a day, provides 132 services to residents of Binagadi and Narimanov districts of the capital on a "single window" system. The Center has more than 230 employees, as well as 50 volunteers under the "DOST Volunteer" program.

The Call Center 142 within the Baku DOST Center No. 4 allows to receive up to 5,000 calls a day across the country. ART School (Inclusive Art School) allows an average of 150-200 people with disabilities to be trained annually.

Absheron DOST Center

Absheron DOST Center

On July 14, 2021, the Absheron DOST Center was opened with the participation of President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.

Absheron DOST Center receives about 400 citizens a day. This process is carried out by about 120 staff and 50 volunteers. The Center, which serves the residents of Absheron region, provides services on employment, labor, disability and social protection to about 120,000 people a year. - A total of 152 services are provided, including socio-pedagogical services.
