The family of martyr Captain Samid Asgarov has been visited

The Chairman of the Board of the DOST Agency, Farid Mammadov, has visited the family of martyr Captain Samid Asgarov, a hero of the Patriotic War.

Samid Asgarov, who joined the battle on the first day of the war, showed great heroism in breaking through the enemy lines and was martyred in the battles in the Fuzuli direction. By the orders of President Ilham Aliyev, he was posthumously awarded the medals "For the Homeland" and "For the Liberation of Fuzuli."

The family of our martyr, has been provided with a home by the state, along with other social support measures.

During the meeting, Samid Asgarov’s combat path was discussed, and his cherished memory was honored. Farid Mammadov emphasized that martyr families and war veterans are under the care and attention of the state and our President, and this will always continue.

The martyr’s family thanked for the visit and expressed that they always feel the attention and care from the state and society.
