A session was held regarding the activities of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection's "DOST Call Center 142" LLC for the month of October. The online meeting was attended by Farid Mammadov, Chairman of the Board of the DOST Agency, as well as employees of the Agency and the Call Center.

During the meeting, a presentation on the activities of "DOST Call Center 142" LLC was displayed, information was provided about the work done, and discussions were held on the steps to be taken in the relevant areas.

The presentation highlighted statistical data on incoming requests, citizen satisfaction, waiting time on the line, social media engagement indicators, and more.

At the end, Farid Mammadov shared his thoughts on the presentation and provided relevant suggestions. He emphasized the need for the involvement of employees in training, the improvement of the monitoring and evaluation system, and the importance of taking initial steps towards implementing artificial intelligence in Call Center 142.
