
A record number of citizen applications has been registered at DOST centers. On May 4, a total of 7,057 citizens applied to the centers. This is the highest figure ever recorded at DOST centers to date.
During the day, 1,149 citizens applied to Baku DOST Center No. 1, 661 to Baku DOST Center No. 2, 1,833 to Baku DOST Center No. 3, 1,282 to Baku DOST Center No. 4, 621 to Baku DOST Center No. 5, 845 to Absheron DOST Center, 416 to the Karabakh Regional DOST Center, 9 to the Shusha branch of the Garabagh Regional DOST Center, 2 to the Zangilan “SMART” DOST service point, 6 to the Kalbajar DOST service point, 5 to the Fuzuli DOST service point, 80 to the Tartar DOST branch, 77 to the reception department of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population, and 71 to the DOST reception department of the State Agency for Medical and Social Expertise and Rehabilitation.
The applications mainly concerned pensions (17.7%), social benefits (17.1%), employment (15.8%), disability (3.3%), social services (2.2%), labour relations (2.2%), the Unified Coordination Center (1%), banking services (21.8%), and other supporting services (19%).
It should be noted that nearly 4.5 million citizens have received services at DOST centers to date. The citizen satisfaction rate with DOST services stands at 98.8%. More than 8.8 million calls have been answered through the “DOST Call Center 142,” with a satisfaction rate of 95.3%.
