A meeting of the Board of DOST Agency was held

The next meeting of the Board of the Sustainable and Operative Social Provision Agency (DOST) was held.

At the meeting held in online format, the head of the Citizen Applications and Documents Department, Ilkin Zarbaliyev, made a report on the approval of the "Requirements for the reception of citizens in the Office of the DOST Agency and "DOST" centers, as well as in legal entities created by the Agency. The head coordinator of the Call Center 142 Bakhtiyar Mammadov informed the participants of the meeting about changes to the "Requirements for the operation of Call Center 142". Orkhan Huseynov, a specialist of the DOST Services Department, presented a report on the results of the activities of the DOST centers for August 2022.

At the meeting, discussions were also held in the direction of raising the level of service and increasing citizen satisfaction. Chairman of the Board, Farid Mammadov, expressed his opinion on the topics discussed and gave relevant tasks in this direction.
