The Serbian delegation got acquainted with the DOST Center

The delegation led by Vera Vukicevic, Assistant to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Serbia on Consular Affairs, who is on a visit to our country, got acquainted with the DOST Center No. 1.

The guests were informed about the important innovations brought by the DOST Agency and its centers to the state social services. It was noted that the DOST concept was created by the Decree of President Ilham Aliyev dated August 9, 2018. It was emphasized that it created conditions for the provision of state social services from a "single window", fully transparent, operative way, based on the principle of citizen satisfaction.

Chairman of the Board of DOST Agency, Farid Mammadov, introduced the delegation to the activities of the DOST Center, the service units here, and the central coordination unit in the center.

At the meeting held later, Aygun Musayeva, head of the agency's DOST services department, made a broad presentation about the concept of DOST. It was noted that the first center of DOST, an initiative of First Vice President Mehriban Aliyeva, was opened in May 2019. A total of about 1.2 million people applied to the 5 DOST centers that are currently operating. The centers provide 154 services in the fields of social protection and social security, medical and social expertise and rehabilitation, social insurance, labor and employment. The level of satisfaction of citizens with services is 98.2 percent.
