The delegation from Montenegro got acquainted with Azerbaijan's DOST experience

The delegation led by the Minister of Labor and Social Welfare of Montenegro, Admir Adrović, who is on a visit to our country, got acquainted with Baku DOST Center No. 1.

The Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population Sahil Babayev informed the delegation about the innovative innovations brought by the DOST concept to the state social services system in our country. It was noted that by the Decree of President Ilham Aliyev dated August 9, 2018, the DOST Agency and 6 DOST Centers were opened in May 2019.

The DOST concept, which was initiated by the first vice-president Mehriban Aliyeva, ensures that 154 services in social fields are provided from a "one-stop shop", operative, transparent, according to the convenience and satisfaction of citizens.

Last year, another 618.3 thousand citizens benefited from DOST services, and the level of citizen satisfaction with these services was 98.5 percent. In total, up to 1.3 million citizens were served in these centers in the past period.

DOST services are highly valued as best practices by reputable international institutions. DOST Agency has been awarded with many international awards and the implementation of DOST experience in other countries is encouraged. The number of countries showing interest in learning this experience is increasing.

The Montenegrin delegation got acquainted with the services provided to the population at the DOST center. The DOST concept of Azerbaijan and the advantages of this concept were presented to the delegation.
