The delegation headed by the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Moldova Alexey Buzu, who is on a visit to our country, visited the DOST Digital Innovation Center under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population.
The director of the center, Kanan Akparov, drew attention to the successes achieved in the direction of the electronicization of social services within the framework of large-scale social reforms carried out in Azerbaijan in recent years.
A presentation was made for the delegation about the digital infrastructure and proactive appointment mechanisms through e-systems established in Azerbaijan in recent years in the fields of labor, employment, and social protection. It was reported that 140 of the 153 services of the Ministry or more than 90 percent are electronicized, and 51 proactive services operate on the e-system.
E-sosial.az portal and "Labor and Employment" subsystem were also informed, guests' questions were answered.
Moldova is one of the countries showing interest in studying and applying the successful experience gained in recent years on the electronicization of social services in Azerbaijan.
The exchange of experience in this direction is also reflected in the new Action Plan, which covers the work to be done in 2023-2024 on cooperation between the two Ministries, signed by the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population Sahil Babayev and the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Moldova Alexey Buzu.
