Over 9 months of this year, 518 thousand citizens were served at DOST centers

During January-September of this year, 518 thousand citizens were served at DOST centers.

Citizen satisfaction with DOST services was 98.2 percent.

The Karabakh Regional DOST Center was opened in Barda with the participation of President Ilham Aliyev on August 7 this year as another step in expanding the network of DOST centers. Thus, the number of centers reached 7.

Based on the DOST concept initiated by First Vice President Mehriban Aliyeva, 159 social services are provided from a “single window”, using modern, flexible, transparent mechanisms in accordance with the comfort and satisfaction of citizens.

Over the 9 months of this year, about 20.8 thousand applications were submitted to the "DOST Volunteer" program, and another 1,123 people are involved in the program.
