A document on cooperation was signed between the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population and the Ministry of Labor, Migration and Employment of Tajikistan

Today, a meeting was held at the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population with a delegation led by the Minister of Labor, Migration and Employment of Tajikistan Gulnora Khasanzoda.

Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population Sahil Babayev emphasized that Azerbaijan and Tajikistan are countries with a common history, religion and culture, and relations are constantly expanding thanks to the political will and joint efforts of the heads of state of the two countries.

The importance of effective cooperation and mutual support within the framework of international organizations and the development of cooperation in the field of labor and social protection was noted.

Khasanzoda noted that there is a great potential for expanding cooperation and efforts in this direction will be increased in the future, as well as the importance of active exchange of experience.

Following the meeting, the ministers signed an “Action Plan for cooperation between the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Labor, Migration and Employment of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2024-2025.”

The document highlights measures that need to be taken to implement cooperation between the two ministries in their respective fields of activity.
