Over the 11 months of this year, DOST centers served 642 thousand citizens

During January-November of this year, 642 thousand citizens were served at DOST centers.

The level of citizen satisfaction with services was 97.7 percent.

The next step in expanding the network of DOST centers was the opening of the Karabakh Regional DOST Center in Barda with the participation of President Ilham Aliyev on August 7 this year. This brings the number of DOST centers to 7.

Based on the DOST concept initiated by First Vice President Mehriban Aliyeva, 159 social services are provided from a “single window”, using modern, flexible, transparent mechanisms in accordance with the comfort and satisfaction of citizens.

Over the 11 months of this year, about 22.7 thousand applications were submitted to the «DOST Volunteer» program, and another 1,352 people were attracted to the program.
