The DOST concept is an important innovation in the social sphere of Azerbaijan and has been awarded with more than 20 international awards and certificates, recognized as one of the world's leading practices by authoritative international institutions, and its application is encouraged in other countries.
This was announced at the next meeting of the supervisory board of the DOST Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population.
Chairman of the Council, Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population Sahil Babayev noted that one of the achievements of the successful activities of President Ilham Aliyev is that DOST centers have provided services to more than 1.9 million citizens, and the level of citizen satisfaction with services is 98.1 percent.
It was reported that the DOST Karabakh Regional Center, which opened this year, covers 9 cities and regions liberated from occupation and provides services to a total of more than 900 thousand people.
It was emphasized that because of the DOST concept, initiated by First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva, public social services in Azerbaijan are provided through modern and flexible, fully transparent mechanisms, from a “single window”, on an innovative basis.
At the meeting, a report on the activities of the DOST Agency this year was heard.
During the current year, information was presented on the work done, projects implemented, service organization, as well as steps taken towards further improving the quality of service.
The agency's budget for 2024, approval of the wage fund and remuneration of departments, approval of its structure in a new edition were discussed and appropriate decisions were made.
