DOST centers have fixed a record number of citizen complaints. In total, 6,154 citizens contacted the centers on January 8. This figure is the highest result ever recorded in the centers.
During the day, 1013 people contacted to the Baku DOST Center No. 1, 627 people to the Baku DOST Center No. 2, 1555 people to the Baku DOST Center No. 3, 904 people to the Baku DOST Center No. 4, 516 people to the Baku DOST Center No. 5, 1007 people to the Absheron DOST Center, 531 people to the Karabakh Regional DOST Center and 1 citizen applied through the “Smart DOST” point in the village of Agali, Zangilan district.
Appeals were mainly regarding pensions (14.97%), social benefits (27.82%), employment (27.92%), disability (3.79%), social services (3.41%), unified coordination center (2.14%), labor relations (0.97%) and support services (18.98%).
On January 8, DOST Call Center 142 responded to 7,804 citizen requests.
It should be noted that there are currently 7 DOST centers operating throughout the country, as well as a “Smart DOST” point in the village of Agali, Zangilan region. To date, these centers have served about 2 million citizens. The level of citizen satisfaction with services is 98.1 percent. The DOST Call Center 142 has responded to more than 5.1 million citizen calls and has a 93 percent satisfaction rate for the service.
