The Innovative Success of the DOST Concept was noted on the website of the International Social Security Association

An interview with the Chairman of the Board of the DOST Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population Farid Mammadov was published on the website of the International Social Security Association (ISSA), which includes social institutions in more than 160 countries. https://www.issa.int/news/journey-towards-issa-membership

In the interview, the DOST concept made it possible to present 159 services in the fields of labor, employment, and social protection from a "single window" based on the principles of transparency, simplification, and digitalization, and the achievements of this concept were noted. It was brought to attention that 140 out of 159 social services in Azerbaijan have been fully digitized.

Questions about the agency's activities have been answered. The services provided by the "single window" principle in DOST centers, DOST Call Center 142, and the work done in the direction of electronicization of services were discussed. It was noted that there are currently 7 DOST centers, and it is planned to open 17 regional centers and 55 local branches by the end of 2025.

The importance of active collaboration with this prestigious international institution was emphasized to ISSA member DOST, which participated in the ISSA recognition program last year.

It was stated that the ISSA agency is considered a platform for dialogue, exchange of experience and the generation of new knowledge on social protection issues, and direct membership provides the opportunity to become more familiar with and benefit from ISSA products and services.

They were also informed about the plans of the DOST agency, as well as the importance of the European Regional Social Security Forum, which will be held this year.

It should be noted that the DOST Agency was accepted as a member of the ISSA in January last year. Since the beginning of its activities, the Agency has received 3 awards from the Association and a Certificate of Quality, an award from the International Association of Pension and Social Funds, etc.
