The delegation led by the Deputy Minister of Labor, Migration and Employment of the Republic of Tajikistan Kiyomiddin Davlatzoda visited the DOST Agency.

The guests first got acquainted with the services provided to the population at the Baku DOST Center No. 1.

Later there was a meeting with a wide delegation. The guests were greeted by the chairman of the agency's board, Farid Mamedov. He told the guests about the DOST concept. He noted that the concept ensuring the satisfaction of citizens in state social services was the initiative of First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva and created by decree of President Ilham Aliyev.

“The DOST concept allows for the provision of 159 social services from a single window, promptly, transparently, in accordance with citizen satisfaction,” he added.

According to him, DOST centers also provide services to family members of martyrs, military personnel who suffered in the war, and people who received disabilities as a result of the war. To date, more than 300 thousand people have used the services of Unified Coordination Centers (UCC). Farid Mammadov noted that DOST centers provide services in the field of labor, employment, social protection, medical and social examination and rehabilitation, treatment, examination, etc.

The Chairman of the Board also said that in the near future the DOST model will be implemented in the Republic of Moldova. He emphasized that experience is currently being exchanged with Uzbekistan and that they, as the DOST Agency, are interested in cooperation with the Republic of Tajikistan.
