The activities of the DOST Agency were discussed at the international discussion

A videoconference on the topic "DOST Agency: Innovative Approach in Service Delivery. Organization and Provision of Pension Services as a Field of Activity" was held by the International Pension and Social Funds Association (IPSF).

In the online event, Nazila Hashimzada, Advisor to the Chairman of the DOST Agency's Board, delivered a presentation on the achievements and innovative practices of the DOST Agency. The presentation highlighted the services provided at DOST centers based on the "one-stop-shop" principle, as well as the work done towards the digitization of services.

A video showcasing the activities of the DOST Agency was presented during the conference.

The meeting included discussions on the application of new technologies in social services, pension provision, and international transfers, as well as the development of services, prevention of corruption, and other related issues.

It is worth noting that the DOST Agency is expanding cooperation with several international organizations and relevant state bodies of foreign countries in the field of social security. Additionally, it continues to take necessary steps to establish mutually beneficial relations.
