Citizens can visit the website dost.gov.az, navigate to the "Mobile DOST" section, and fill out a simple application form in the window that opens in order to register for the service electronically.

After entering the information, an automatic queue is assigned to the citizen, and detailed information about the service requested is sent to their mobile number.

The "Mobile DOST" service aims to collect the necessary documents from the client, process them, and deliver them after they have been processed, in line with the services provided by the DOST centers.
